This should really be two separate reviews… one for when they dropped off and one for when they picked up. It was actually the same gentleman, Josh, for drop off and pickup a month later. Josh was extremely polite and did a great job being careful and getting that huge 16 foot pod around my house and down a small hill to the back garage entrance and getting it back out. Overall it was a pleasant experience working with this company, all three employees I spoke with were very kind and helpful. And they showed up when they said they would both times, and gave me a heads up via text when they were on their way both times.
